ARW - Arrowhead Republican Women - Gayle Salter, President

Arrowhead RW has started the year out running.  On February 18, we are hosting a Membership coffee at the home of our Membership Chair, Gail Berra.  On March 9, our meeting will be directed toward member orientation and volunteer opportunities.  We will be discussing Caring for America, Literacy, Americanism and PC’s.  On April 29, we will be hosting our Spring Fashion Show Luncheon at Briarwood Country Club, Sun City West.  $30 includes, lunch, fashion show and one raffle ticket.  Our fashions will be by Cher’s.  Contact Shirley McFarran at Shirleyrealtor@cox.net.  Come on down!

 

 CRWC - Central Republican Women’s Club - Ruby White, President

Central Republican Women’s Club has begun 2011 with enthusiasm and determination to pursue our goals based on positive growth and participation.  Our Board has designated goals of renewing current membership; recruiting new members; fund raising with various projects to enhance our community outreach, Caring for America and military support programs; education through issue oriented and politically astute speakers; plus the encouragement of more members to attend and participate in AzFRW meetings and activities.

We currently have a membership tea/coffee planned for April to recruit new members.  We have enjoyed a forum of county and state GOP Chair candidates in January; AzFRW 1^st Vice President Deborrah Miller as our speaker in February and Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio is scheduled for our March meeting.  We continue to work on securing speakers of this caliber to encourage maximum attendance and membership recruitment.  Positive growth will enable us to be better prepared for the 2012 election cycle to influence and promote our Republican ideals to recruit and support Republican candidates.  We are up for the challenge.

 

ERWC - Estrella Republican Women’s Club - Rosemarie Strout, President

As always the ERWC will promote friendship and Republican goodwill to the people we encounter.  We have a goal of growing by two new members each month and will strive for 100% involvement by members in ERWC projects/committees and Republican campaigns.  We will also educate our members about the goals of the NFRW, the AzFRW and the ERWC so that our members feel confident when asked about “what the club does”.  As 2012 approaches, we will register as many new/young Republican voters as possible.  We understand the importance of engaging young voters in the political process and will promote and support young Republican Clubs.
