AzFRW Website Policy

 (Effective February 2006)

Committee members:  Barb McMullen & Connie Beuerlein

  1. AzFRW will provide an information page for each Club to add monthly upcoming events and a monthly newsletter.  Authorized changes to the Clubs page would be made to the webmaster by a board member in that club, in good standing with AzFRW.  If any questionable material is found the webmaster will e-mail a copy to the website committee and AzFRW President for approval.

  2. If a Club has its own self managed website, it will be linked to the AzFRW website after it has been reviewed by the webmaster.  If there is a question regarding material presented on the website the link will be dropped temporarily until approval by the website committee and the AzFRW President.  If the material is in conflict with AzFRW and NFRW policies the webmaster will remove the link. The Club will have general contact information only until the objectionable material is removed. Repeated offenses will result in the Club not being able to link their website to the AzFRW website.

  3. Changes to the Club page will be made once a month as received in order to the webmaster via e-mail.

  4. All changes to the Club page must be transmitted to the webmaster. Clubs having fundraisers, membership teas, and candidate forums should submit the information to the webmaster for inclusion in the monthly Events section of the website.

  5. Links from the AzFRW website to other organizations other than the Republican Party and NFRW will be approved by the AzFRW Executive Committee.  The request to link to the website must be referred to the AzFRW President for approval by the Executive Committee.
